Contacted Mr. Justin Church for an Oxygen/Hydrogen unit by email. Ordered a unit which was paid for by bank transfer. Asked for delivery to be delayed to Morocco, as no one was available to sign for delivery.

When the person returned to the address given to Mr. Church, the first request for delivery was on Aug 2nd, 2015. The second request was on 11th August. The final request was on 31st August 2015. There has been no reply from Mr. Church, and nor has the ordered unit arrived to date (Sept 5th, 20150, at the address submitted.

Their site can be viewed on the net, and on UTube. They are based in Eastern North Carolina. Cant give any further details re. address & telephone number.

All emails relating to this order, and confirmation of bank transfer available should anyone require proof of the rip off.

There has never been a refund to date: 19-08-2016. Rebuttal made by Church of reimbursement is a figment of his imagination. 

So, people be warned of losing your hard earned cash when dealing with this parasite!

At no point in time have I received a refund! If Church can furnish a bank statement confirming re-payment, I would not have filed this report. If he cannot furnish this statement, I can get a statement from my bank confirming all incoming credits, if he will give me a date when he repaid this $750.00.

As I have declared, I have written proof of all communications between Church & myself from day 1. Ignoring repeated requests to ship the Hydro/Oxy unit, and then coming up with a lame excuse of business problems etc, cuts no ice with me. I stand by the fact that I have been ripped off!!!!!!! It's not the money,- it's the principal involved.

Customer Was Refunded In Full

The report filed is indeed accurate however, the customer left out the fact that he was refunded the amount transferred in full due to the extended wait time and loss of communications between myself and the customer. The company was previously going through ownership and management issues for several months which eventually caused all primary account access to be frozen including the payment system and communications. I was unable to make contact with the customer to follow up with shipment in a timely manner. The customer eventually filed a claims dispute and was refunded in full. I have since gained primary and solitairy ownership of the business and website jdcproducts.com and have reopened for business. I sincerely apologize for any issues this problem may have caused.
