Complaint Review: JDC Wigs

I ordered a custom made Lace Wig from JDC wigs on 05/14/08 and my credit card was immediately charged. I have yet to receive the wig. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions but receive no return calls. I received one or two e-mails stating they would forward my concerns and I have still heard nothing. As of late, the phone number is no longer working but the website is being updated which lets me know that the fraud is intentional. I am taking up the matter with my bank but $740.37 is too much money to be stolen from me. My account status shows my wig is "In Production" but a custom order, according to their site only takes 6-8 weeks.
