I ordered fleece-lined Soft Suede Leather Slippers. Two pairs of slippers on Jan. 31, 2003, check was dated for Jan. 31, 03, cashed on February 7, 03 for $10.90.
To date I have not received the merchandise. I called the last week in March, and was told that the merchandise was coming from Canada & that I should receive it by April 10, 2003. Nothing has been received nor any communication from JD Marvel & Co. has been received.
How many other customers has this company ripped-off!!
I guess my next step would be to contact my lawyer and the Attorney General's Office.
