This is my second time having issues with this repair shop. Most recently i brought my vehicle into JE Robinson service and informed them of the signs and symptoms my vehicle was having. My vehicles battery was draining causing it to die and not start. After having my vehicle for seven full days them told me there was nothing wrong and that their tests indicate no draw. After charging me for the mis-diagnosis, my vehicle had the same issues two weeks later. I have another repair shop look at the vehicle and they informed me that my alternator failed the test. After spending more money to accurately have my car repaired, the vehicle was actually repair correctly and runs great. After questioning JE Robinson about the charge for a mis-diagnosis after seven days he gave me a run around deflecting any wrong doing. If JE Robinson was in the medical service he would have been sued for malpractice.
