Jeannie Chapman of Mary Kay Cosmetics Lied about product ingredients, wouldn't return calls Cypress/Houston, Texas
I purchased 3 products from Jeannie but first asked her to make sure there was not certain ingredients in the products. I don't use these ingredients because they are bad for you and my skin has adverse reactions to them.
I couldn't find a list of ingredients anywhere, not even on the web! She assured me that the products didn't not contain any of the ingredients on my "red list". FYI Mary Kay products are FULL of nasty, harmful ingredients. This would have been good to know prior to purchase.
I went ahead with the order. After I received my $60 worth of products (she did deliver in a timely manner) I read the ingredients on the box and indeed ALL the products included the ingredients I specifically stated I did not want.
I contacted her and she told me she'd call back. Didn't hear from her. Called her again... nothing.
WASTE OF TIME. WASTE OF MONEY!

Mary Kay has a money back policy. All you have to do is call the 800 number.
