I have done business with Jeannie for several years back when I could call her and talk to her, over the years if I lost money on something with her she would was always get out of front the situation and explain what happened. But last summer I paid for Maxout CPN package plus I added a tradeline package. Email after email I sent her some answered but mostly went unanswered. Many false promises of updates from her and after a year of her bullshit I couldn;t take anymore, everytime i asked for my refund I got nothing from her, this very sad cause I really needed this file I explained that her thousand times
