Jeepers! is an indoor amusement ride business which I have taken my family to numerous times over the years.

On Saturday, April 19th, at 12:30 pm, I took my two kids to Jeepers! because of a coupon Jeepers! has been mailing out over the past few months. The coupon was for $5.00 wristband good for all day amusement rides.

When we were at the counter to purchase, I was told by the cashier that weekends was $7.00, not $5.00 as was advertised. I insisted that the price was $5.00 because their ad did not have any exclusions. At that point she called over the manager.

I explained to the manager that I thought that I should get the $5.00 price because on his stores coupon, there is absolutely no exclusions. He said that the weekend price had been $7.00 for several months. I said that it did not matter how long the price had been $7.00 and I again pointed out that their coupon did not specify "not valid on weekends", and it did not specify "valid on week days only". The coupon had absolutely no restrictions, or even an expiration date!

The manager then handed me back the coupon and my money and said "sorry" sarcastic. I then asked who the owner was, he said "I'm the only one your going to get to talk to".

At that point I knew that he was not going to honor his coupon, so I balled it up and tossed it on the counter and said that I would not be back. As I was leaving with my kids, he then yelled out "we don't want your kind here any ways".

I would have given you the two extra dollars per kid just to get you to leave me alone!  I used to work at an Indoor Kids Amusement Place and couldn't stand parents like you.  At that time I was 16 and making minimum wage...definitely not enough to deal with that kind of attitude.  You saved the extra four bucks but disappointed your kids in the process...was it worth it?
