Any one who lives in Minnesota beware of Realtor Jeff Anderson.  Our house buying experience was a nightmare with him as the selling agent. Not only was he extremely rude and arrogant, but also unethical.  Paperwork was lost and withheld from us. He also held up processes in the sale and denied legal rights to buyers to this day unknown reasons, and he has been reported to the better business department and federal lending institutions.  Please be careful when looking for a realtor and not to make the mistakes i did.

My family had the misfortune of doing business with Andersen a few yeas ago. Let's just say my views of realtors was permanently soiled. Easily the most unprofessional, pompous, arrogant, verbally abusive person I've ever met. An absolute joke of a realtor. He demanded that we do aspects of his job that we were paying HIM to do like keeping pamphlets stocked. Video cds were made that didn't work. The guy's a joke.....use him at your own peril.

I have been doing business the right way for 25 years and then to see these faceness claims in this medium I find this scandelous. No paperwork has every been lost in all those years of real estate, and the purchase agreement is clear to all those who care to read it what rights each party has in a traditional sale ot bankowned sale. It is interesting that this noname person has never approached me about any issue and so I am to assume this is nothing but faceless slander.
