I bought a health inusrance policy from Jeff Cutter a few years ago, and now I am getting fined by the State of Massachusetts for not having a REAL health plan. This person sat in my house with me and my wife telling me that this Midwest Health Insurance plan was the best insurance plan ever and would cover everything. Now I find out it does not even meet the standards thsat the state has. So what does that mean? Not only have I paid for a plan for a few years, but I owe the state several thousand dollars now. And of course every time I call him I do not get a call back. What a crook. Do not buy anything from this person

Wrong, Jeff.  It is the correct company, and people that used to work with you at UGA still remember.  Anyone reading this, please feel free to do a search for "Jeff Cutter Insurance" and literally try to find anyone else that matches.

Do not let J-J-Jeff Cutter try to f-f-fool y-y-you.  Cutter Insurance Group & Cutter Financial Group are not businesses you want to work with...period. Lots of smiles, lots of "you are the best big fella", lots of "just happy to see your pretty face". But in the end, good luck trying to succeed with him.  So obviously there are others that have posted here that have worked with him.  I personally would live to hear from more.

You have the wrong company.  The people you are tying to find, unfortunately for me, have the same last name as me.  We have never, will never, loan money.  We provide financial solutions such as retirement, income, estate, investment, and wealth planning including very high net worth individuals.

We have had others, like yourself, call our office with the same misunderstanding as you have.  We refer them to the Attorney General.  Feel free to call my office at 508.388.7175 and they can give you that number.

Jeff Cutter and his wife Jill Cutter spend a lot of money on advertising...why?  Because the people that know him know that he is a crook through and through.  How do I know?i I worked with him as well in Norwood, and know him quite well.  Despite what he will post, you can't identify who you are because he will slIce your tires like the lady in Fall River.  But the fact is that he is all about himself making money and do not be fooled about anything else this person says.  He is even fine with people making money that work with him, as long as they do not make as much as he does. He even has one or two cronies that buy into his BS, but they somehow never manage to make money, yet despite his excuses to the contrary, he does.  Seriously, if you end up being a crony and read thithou will not even thnk about it, because he is good at what he does...swindling.

one story I can share is that he made agents that worked with him at InSphere buy a program called Salesdialers with Gary Prado and later people found out that he was getting kickbacks from there.  He would make his agents buy leads from lead companies such as NetQuotes directly through him so that he could have the leads and have first crack at them.  Then he would resell them to agents without NetQuotes knowing. No matter what he did, he made sure that he only made the money.

Here are some of his famous quotes:

"You were always one of the good guys."

"Hey Big Fella"

"I would never lie to you"

If you unfortunate enough to get sucked into this realm of darkness, just note that you will not ever, ever, ever, be able to actually find a single person that has ever been successful working with Cutter Financial Group Or Cutter Insurance Group (They go by both to help out their Better Business Bureau listing as one has a bad rep so they changed the name).  In fact, right now, they consist of Jeff Cutter, Jill Cutter, and another guy in the office named Frank Defrancesco who has been bankrupt and does not even have a college degree selling financial advice.  Frank claims to have learned how to do wealth management and financial planning the "organic way" or something to that effect because he does not have the credentials to back it up.

Not many people read this stuff, but all you have to do is do a little research on this person to learn who he is.  Do a FINRA search, check his background.  Call the state.  You should find that he has been in a lawsuit with every company he has worked with in his life.

Yes - The Cutter Group also screwed my family out of a ton of money.  He talked me into getting a PayDay Loan to help my financial solution.  I ended up with a lot of debt and he does not do anything to help me nor return calls. Do a search for Cutter Group and you will see tons of scams by this company.  Looks like this company represents itself as a wealth advisor but instead they are a company out to take all your money and has no ethics.

Wrong & Shameful

Here is the REAL TRUTH about Jeff Cutter with Cutter Financial Group or Cutter Insurance Group, or whatever else name he is trying to go by these days.

I also know Jeff Cutter and worked with him in Norwood, MA.  It is so funny to see himself posting information about himself above, but that is par for the course. Anyone that knows Jeff knows that he always uses the term "one of the good guys" and therefore knows that he posted the above.

He is not ethical and he does not do what is best for his customers.  Proof - he harassed a customer around 2003 to the point that he had to serve a pre-trial probation!  Don't believe me?  Call over to the Fall River court house and you can see that he also had charges filed for Witness Harassment!  Is that an "ethical person" that does the best fr customers?

He made tons of money off lying to his customers and HealthMarkets, and then sued HealthMarkets claiming he was "misclassified" as a 1099 when he should be an employee.  He lied his way through all of that and then they had to settle so Jeff getss even more money even though he made hundreds of thousands of dollars selling planss that people later got fined on like the above.  Jason, you are not alone.  There are many others out there.

He also used to steal appointments from people on his team at Healthmarkets and make them pay to get the appintments back.  Jeff, don't think anyone has forgot about your work ethic!!!!

He used to talk smack about his minion wife also, about how dumb she was sometimes.  Who does that?

He got canned from Healthmarkets and was mad about it even though he basically stole deals right from guys who believed his whole spiel.

On a final note, if you ever meet this person and can get past his stutter, you will here nothing but rehearsed Tony Robbins speeches that he hacked.  If you work with him now, just take the key words he comes up with and search them and you can find the whole speech from Tony Robbins.

Mark my words, one day you will see him on American Greed.  Come on Jeff, try to respond to the above!

Well,

I can tell you that I know Jef C., and he is one of the "good guys"

out there.  I know his ethics, his

standards, and his reputation.  All of

them are top notch and his commitment for excellence is unwavering. He has

helped so many people, me one of them, that he has received National

Recognition for his achievements.  There

are no more catastrophic plans available in Massachusetts anymore.  Not because the products were bad as

Massachusetts is a VERY regulated State, but because of the company's past

mistakes.

I

would like to share a few points with you and anyone else wanting to read:

You

say that he does not call you back.  But

if you read what he writes, he actually said for the customer to call him, and

had tried to explain the scenario.  So you really don't know if the

customer and he worked out the customers issues.  Also, why wait two years to post this?  Why not go through the Better Business

Bureau, National Ethics Association and other such credible agencies who try

and come to a resolution.

I

can tell you from experience that I have sold Humana, Tufts, Harvard, Assurant,

GoldenRule, Mega, Midwest, Blue Cross, and a bunch of others.  The BS fed by the customer on this post is

the same crap I see day in and day out.  The guy "Jason" is

obviously a cheap skate who flat out does not want to take responsibilities for

his decisions. Why you people must drag this garbage on is beyond me, but

simply put, you really have no idea about any of the details here as even

"Jason" never commented back.

With

regards to this site, it is customary for competitors who work under sub par

standards to post crap such as this to hurt their competition.  The strategy is to post untrue statements

from many different email addresses since no one can trace them.  There are no checks and balances.  It looks to me like some competitors just

simply need to go to work and not try and drag down such a good guy.

This also happened to me. I was on a Mid West plan. He did tell me it had a high deductible and I was happy enough with the plan. He also told me that I could appeal the fine and would not be fined. I was fined almost $2,100 in 2011. I tried many times to call him without a return phone call. Eventually I had another agent from Insphere help me get onto a new plan and they told me he was let go from the company on 2009 and now lives in Texas. Maybe that was why he couldn't return the calls, although the voicemail was still active.

My wife had a bad feeling about him when he was at our house. I would never admit this to her, but I should have listened. If I knew I was going to have to pay a big fine I would have just gotten better insurance.

What You Should Do

Jason,

If you do a search, that is a Mega Life & Health person and Healthmarkets. They were all tossed out of the state a few years ago for some crazy things like what you are talkingg about. Misrepresentation, selling bad policies, etc. If you ever have any issues with a licensed person, it is usually best to contact the State they are in. I would think that if you do a search for "Massachusetts Insurance Licenses" or something, you could probably look him up to see if he has ever done that to someone else.
