Complaint Review: Jeff Fournier Big Ribbits Citipunch

Jeff Fournier from Conway, SC and/or Myrtle Beach, SC has cheated countless people by selling them a high-priced (about $100 per month) application that is supposed to create a mobile loyalty app.

This began in April or so of 2014 and he has taken people's money and the app does not work.  He is not giving any refunds and continuously makes excuses.

Jeff Fournier and his companies, Big Ribbits and Citipunch are also names that his company goes by.  There are no satisfied customers, since there is no working product. 

He is still stringing people along and telling them that he is working on things, even though he gives no updates, no refunds, and no working product.

Jeff Fournier has even been warned that people will go to file online complaints, and he still has not responded.  Jeff Fournier unfortunately has marketed this through the Warrior Forum as a WSO and it is obvious from the thread that he has scammed everyone and taken their money.
