Jeff Jones Geoff Garrett they have two business names Reliable home services and Integrity handyman service they did not finish the full job they were hired to do repair flooring in bathroom and replace old plumbing we paid them the full cost of job 850.00 in Mesa Az
Never hire these two individuals Geoff Garrett never shows up on time and takes several cigarett breaks and is a horrible handyman the work we hired his partner Jeff Jones to do he passed to Garrett. There was water damage in the bathroom he was suppose to remove and replace bathroom subfloor and rejoist it and reset toilet, replace vinyl floor, also replace some old plumbing.
The work Garrett did was the worst I have ever seen. The floor was uneven he broke the shut off valve to the toilet there was very large gaps next to the wall. It took him so long that I had to send the owner of the mobile to a hotel for the night because there was no working bathroom.
I am the manager of the park and my husband and I paid for the hotel 100.00 and another 525.00 to have someone else finish the plumbing, we finished the bathroom ourselves. We paid these so called handyman 850.00 up front and now they have changed their phone numbers and are no longer on Craigs list.
Never hire a handyman who hands out flyers and is not licensed and never ever pay before job is done.
