Complaint Review: Jeff Kelly - Worldwide Locating Company

Jeff Kelly (Worldwide Locating Company) contacted me many times, Jeff promised me he will get location for my vending machine within one week after received my payment.

SO I signed the contract with Jeff, and sent him $45 for the first location on June 18, 2003.

As soon as my check cashed out, I could not locate Jeff Kelly anymore, I called him, emailed him and left more than 20 messages, but nobody reply to me.
