I paid $10,866.00 to a professional pool company and received the work of amatures. Jeff Kerber employees do not have the skill, training, knowledge or clue to what they are doing. They do not speak English, threw buckets full of plaster on my fence, over the hill, on the plants and in the street. Kerber Quartz (extra $5,000.00) was not mixed throughly or applied evenly.

The pool & spa remind me of a cement pond because of the rough edges, high & low areas, ripples, rust spots and dark lines. The brick is uneven and chipped. Tiles are loose, uneven and crooked. The mastic is cracking, splitting and sloppy. The pop-up heads for the cleaning system do not work properly because approximatly 2lbs. of plaster, PVC and cement were left in the lines.

Service Calls - I waited all day (numerous times) for no one to show up. Telephone call are not returned. Several employees offered to do the repairs but only as a side job. Mark Kerber came to my home and told me, "The rough edges can be sanded smooth". Why the Service Manager, Steve said, "Mark never told me that" is crazy, as I have a witness. I also find it odd that Jose, Supervisor refused to put his hand in the water to feel the rough areas.

Friends and neighbors can not believe this company is still in business. The Better Business Bureau rating was a "B" before I hired this company. As of 8/4/06 the BBB rating is "CCC" which is not correct. Jeff Kerber rates "FFF" to anyone who has seen my pool.
