In Sept 2007 I haired kerber pool to replaster,tile re-do slide and put in salt water and new heater. They took a deposit and ripped off all the old and I was very happy with the guys that worked he doing the labor. Everything went slow because they forgot to ask what tile we wanted having never shown any to us. We went to a pool tile store in Anaheim and picked out our own tile and sent them the information. After several calls to our sales persone they got back to work. 3 week or less job quote was now at 4 weeks.

The plaster guys showed up and had us go out to the mixer to approve color what a joke,after runing a $60 dollor shirt and guessing what the dry color would look like they plastered the pool. Everthing looked good at that time and the started filling the pool with water. I also hired them do the start up on the pool and was told they would take care of everything. Now gray bottom pool sets from Thursday till Tuesday before anything is done by Kerber's crews.

Now there is rolls of what looks like wax all over the pool and it is WHITE, the service guy show and shakes his head telling me this will not clean up. two weeks go by with them servicing the poll and it is no better so they pour 16 gal of pool acid in the pool and shut down the equipment for three days then throw soda ash in to nutralize the acid. This service guy says the should tear out and replaster because it will never clean up to look right.

I call sales and they sent out the VP Eric who agreed that it was a problem he too pictures sent out several more guys they took pictures, evryone that came out saw this as a problem. They decide against my wishes to drain the pool and acid bath it Now it looks even worst. I again complain and Eric brings out Jeff's btrother who says they have done what they were hired to do and they were done. Jeff has refused to contact me or meet with me Sales says to go to there shop at 6am and confront Jeff.

Oh by the way there service called to cancel my service because they already did the first start up and feel they have fullfiled the contract and they take less than 5 min to service and stilll not sure the salted, conditioned the poll and have given me no instructions on the salt system

End result Poll looks as bad as before and they do not stand behind their work they just intimidate you
