Went to bridal show, liked dinner plates that I saw, put
name in for drawing, was called 2 weeks later about no obligation of getting coupon for $500 for an online merchandise site, was pressured into thinking that their 10-ply cookware was a healthy way of cooking, have used cookware to instructions and have burnt more than my fare share of food that they say won\'t burn after whistle blows, well, the food will burn, not work the $1600.00 or the 20+ % finance charge, have called them about refund after only 2 months, and this was after their finance company was calling me everyday because I didn\'t pay the first month, (never recieved bill) and they called me on a cell phone and burned up my minutes, I asked nicely if there was a way that I could return the product and even asked to pay a restocking fee, but they said it was impossible, there 100% satisfaction gaurantee sucks, I am 200% dissatisfied with there product, have seen a lot better products, have only used 2 pans because I don\'t want to ruin the other pans that came with them... I have electric coil type stove and I asked them at the presentation if the will scorch on the bottom or not and they told me no,

I used them 1 time, and I even replaced the coils on my stove to prevent any food build up on bottom and they still have marks on the bottom of there pans, and on top of all else, there finance company charges an extra $5.00 if paid with credit card.
