Complaint Review: Jeff Montgomer Montgomery Remodeling LLC

Montgomery Remodeling was hired on 04/09/09 to replace the roof on my primary residence. We agreed to a price of $4,500.00, I paid 1/2 up front via personal check in the amount of $2,100.00. Several phone calls and every excuse in the book including but not limited to: I dropped my phone in the tioled and didn't have your number, to a friend died and my favorite the weather, I still have no roof. He did manage to show up on 05/07/09 and collect another $1,000.00 with the promise of starting on 05/09/09. Since then, I have called, called and called; left message after message and have not heard from him again.
