Complaint Review: Jeff Rabb

This seller misrepresents his mdse on eBay. When msde is received you realize it is not as advertised. When you call him he acts real stupid or dumb. He says if you give him an excellant feedback report he will give you anything you want. My mistake was to comply. No knowing this closes the case with eBay. He said if I return the mdse he would refund the full amount. The mdse was returned but no refund ever appeared. I turned the issue over to the Bureau of Consumer Affairs and they were unable to make contant. He has been put on their BUYER BEWARE LIST.
His MO is business machines, mostly small between $50 and $150.
