Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC , Fresh Start Solution Program Tried to collect on a debt that does not exist St Cloud, Minnesota
Recently got a letter letting me know that I could join their fresh start program for a credit card balance I do not have. I dont have a Premier Bank Card Account. It was paid off years ago in good standing.

payment to qualify 137.
debt reduction credit 41.00
remaining balance to pay them 233.00
Then I can have a credit card from them with a 233.00 opening balance
with a remaining available credit of 20.00
I called to ask questions and they wanted my social to verify reluctantly gave last 4 and she tried to verify the rest which I would not.
I then asked for something showing the original debt so I could track it down to premier she said I would have to request it in writing.
Give me a break. They are just picking up these things trying to get people fooled into paying for things they do not owe. Hopeing to make a buck.
