They refused to provide my dental records impeding care for a serious condition with a proper dentist. I had originally paid for services that were never rendered having wasted my time going there twice including taking off time from work - once where they rescheduled on me and secondly where they left out a task requiring me to come back a third time. I had decided that it was counter-productive to deal with this huge place.

After wasting much time calling an office that never answers their phone (Answering service told me that all calls go there), doing a negative Google Review, and finally getting a refund for my visit, I never received the consent form or the despite multiple oral/written requests, in violation of state law, and they are being investigated.

I told them yesterday unless they want a second negative review that cannot be removed on Rip Off Report, I need them sent immediately to my new dentist and have to have proof of mailing texted to me (from a Manager who previously texted me). Once again, nothing. I no longer expect to get my dental records from them and am so done with communicating with them.
