Following the death Jefferson Parish Police are worse than ever. With detective and higher up officers like Susan Rushing and Darren Monie it is no surprise the little blue boys pumped up on steroids would exhibit the characteristics a REAL cop would. Instead Jefferson Parish is full of boys playing cops and robbers but are too frightened to get onto real crimes. This is not a joke when you will see a crack deal on the corner and a cop pull over someone for running a red light or stop sign!!! COME ON!!! They are disrespectful to anyone and everyone. The bargain with women they arrest for sex in exchange for their freedom.As of now if Anyone has a complaint concerning harrasment from the Jefferson Parish Police relay your story here.Maybe together with a few lawyers and citizens tired of being treated like trash can force the new sheriff to stand up and be a man and keep his kids, the police, under control. If I recall the police are here to serve us not to be rude and spit on us. But hey...maybe some people like to be spit on. This post is for the people who are willing to put a stop to the police Gang that is ruining Jefferson Parish

LEAVE LOUISIANA!!!!! There is no reason to live in a state that has tax on food products, corrupt government, LOW WAGE JOBS, NEPOTISIM like crazy, terrible radio stations, a questionable school system, and as for the New Orleans area, the worst crime in the country and overpriced housing stock.
I left Louisiana 18 years ago and will never return there for the rest of my life.
I now live in a state where I can make money, have things to do and I am not over taxed for FOOD purchases at the grocery store. Do youself and your family a favor and get out. There are better places all over the USA!
