Complaint Review: Jeffery Bergman

Jeffery Bergman was reported by Dr. Bagaini GIA AJP-PG because since 2015 he falsely declared himself a Qualified Gemologist, illegally practicing a profession without having valid Professional Qualifications. Furthermore, Jeffery Bergman issued appraisals without having valid qualifications to practice this Profession, but using simple NON-Qualifying SSEF courses declaring them as Prestigious Qualifications, also illegally obtaining False Accreditations issued by the AGA Accredited Gemologists Association.

Once discovered, Jeffery Bergman tried to use defamatory intimidation to intimidate those who had filed complaints against him to the police, in fact he spread altered and falsified documentation that caused further complaints against him. Jeffery Bergman's desperate attempt failed and was exposed by Dr. Bagaini GIA AJP-PG who published the official communications of the Swiss Gemmological Institute SSEF, where it is confirmed that: 1) With these courses you are not a Gemologist. 2) With these courses it is not possible to issue appraisals and evaluations.
