JEFFERY LEON DEVILBISS IS A ROMANCE SCAMMER. he will charm you, he shows up with a small bag, no personal papers or pictures. he will live at your house, he will eat your food, drive your car, tell you baby doll i love you i really do. it doesnt matter if to him if you are young, old , pertty , ugly , thin or fat. he is after your money to gamble away at the casino and card table.he likes to be close to casinos.women have bought him cars, given him thousands of dollars and diamond rings. the whole time he is with you , he is cheating on you with several other women, women give him cell phones, he will hide them well, even inside walls.he will lie and tell you that he was a navy seal, that he is friends with the band alabama, he will tell you, baby doll i love you really i do over and over again, he will remember your birthday, and your childrens, he will tell you that his penny tattoo is a young girlfriend that died in a fire, when she was a elderly women , of 70 plus years old in  las vegas that he took to the cleaners.he has been married three times that i know of for sure...he has had hundreds of girlfriends..some will come up to him and call him mike or by another name. jeff just laughs and says i must have a twin...he took money from me for gambling while  i was at work...he got my car towed away because he lied about having a drivers license.he will break up with you if you start questioning him about anything, and have a new one that very night.he has three children, and he is a dead beat father to all three, his favorite lines besides calling you baby doll, is ive had alot of pretty  pictures but none i could hang on my wall, i wear my heart on my sleeve, little girl would you like some candy. his nick name is BIG IRON.its no telling how many women he has ripped off, i know all of his three wives he lied, cheated and ripped off, as well as his last girlfriend, and now he has a new victim girlfriend.....yes i feel stupid that i let his man use me and rip me off...he is a very good charmer and a romance scammer,,,,,becarefull women young and old, he will come after you...the young girl before me, was so upset over thier breakup. that she drove her car under a semi truck, she was hurt but lived, jeff took her grandparents to the cleaners in arizona, when they questioned him, he left, thats when he found me at a truckstop working in the restuarant, he was living under a bridge,he gave me a song and dance, i feel for it, my mother had just died and i was down in the dumps.thats what he looks for, so for 4 years he lied to me , cheated on me with 7 girls that i know of, two weeks after we broke up/ thats when i had found everything out, he plays well and hides his cheating well, he had a bus ticket sent to him and he went to tenn and got married to a nice older lady....that lasted 3 weeks, he cheated on her..took her money and her car, and left it in another state, then he got with a very nice girl and had a daughter, ofcourse he lied, and cheated on her too...she needs to find jeff for childs support.jeff is a person with no soul, he only cares about his self and the casinos.....he will use you and hurt you,,,,,,.
