The peolpe who rent out the building at 700s Front street Phila. 19147 may not even own the building! They fix NOTHING! They claim that the tenants are responsible for all plumbing issues. They enter apartments when tenants are out. The building and apartments are total slums that look okay at first until you live there. I would like to post pics that would horrify anyone!
