Complaint Review: Jeffrey Albinson Esq.

Jeffrey Albinson Esq. of Golden Scaz Gargain Law in Tampa, Florida filed a pleading of an Agreed upon order without notifying the client of the "Agreement". The client was unaware that Albinson was filing a "gag" order against his own client which has financially devastated the client and was instrumental in bankruptcy.  

Albinson and the opposing counsel worked on the Agreement behind the back of the client.

Albinson cancelled a hearing, thereby, denying due process.

Albinson has audacity to proceed with an arbitration to pay his attorney fees after he violates the contract between client and attorney.
