I moved into this landlord's property 3 years ago and was informed from his own mouth that he is "friends with the neighbor's father", when I made complaints about her constant fights with her boyfriend, theft of my mail, harassment and damage to my property. He just completely ignored my complaints and then hired a ratchet ran rental management company, premier properties, located on Belair Road, in Baltimore, MD, which was even a bigger nightmare.
I decided to get legal help to deal with this slumlord/bertling and his ignorant property manager/owner of premier properties, - charles barnett; when I just couldn't take it anymore, and he in turn, bertling/slumlord evicted me and let the trouble makers/amanda weigand and her boyfriend stay!
