Complaint Review: Jeffrey G. Velander Esq.

 The really good lawyers who are actual humans, not the mean spirited attorneys, such as Velander. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT have profiles on, ripoffreport. If any attorney, that you've hired or have an interest to hire, has a profile on such a site. My suggestion to you is to run, as fast as your legs can carry you away, from their office.

CLEARLY the above rebuttal, was written by one of Jeff's paralegals. They love to play the good cop, bad cop role, in my experience, with them. With his paralegals, playing bad cop, and Jeffrey playing the good cop. This law firm, is comical. They are very similar to the TV shows, they say you cannot compare them to.

 The rebuttal, against the gentleman, was clearly written by one of Jeffies, paralegals. Do your research, before retaining, any attorney, in this city. I understand your loved ones may be in dire need of legal representation. Yet, in my opinion it's best you find one who is at least, compassionate. Ask other attorneys, their opinion, of Jeff. Then decide, if you would still like to retain him.

I have been a client of Jeffrey Velander.  He is a very fine lawyer. I found him to be extremely expert and perfectly honest.  

His prices are reasonable and he is always available to his clients. I don't know anything about the man who made a complaint against him but it seems he is probably confused about the issues involved in his case and blames the lawyer for everything.. It must be hard for him to accept a bad outcome and I sympathize with him considering the cruel sentences that are common these days. 

As far as spending time with his clients Mr. Velander is always generous with his time  and sincerely sympathetic with their problems and tireless in searching for the best possible defense. 

Obviously you DO NOT READ the site rules of this website or the laws governing FREEDOM OF SPEECH.  My opinion is protected under these provisions and yes, he may find out who is behind this opinionated article, I have no problems with that information being known to him and not you (some cyber stalker), but there is NOTHING he can do to remove this article.  Many have tried and almost all have failed.  People need to know what Jefferey Velander does to his clients, so they stay far away from him.  Hopefully he won't get any new clients, this should be a lesson to him.  Maybe he should clean up his act and not Rip people Off. There is NO SOCIAL BLACKMAIL on my end.  He did me wrong, and I expressed my opinion of it here on this site.

 Well YOU had a good complaint until YOU started throwing YOUR personal opinions into the mix. YOU are RIGHT in one aspect. it IS a good ole boy system. It is NOT like Law and Order or ANY of the TV shows. These people work with each other EVERYDAY!!!!They have lunch together, go to BBQ with each other. And I wont even get into the political aspect of it all. THAT alone is enough to make a sane man shudder. While YES you have the right to complain, you DO NOT have the right to put your personal spin on that information. All YOU have done is give this LAWYER the ammo he needs for a clear cut defamation case. As it is everyone ONLY has YOUR version of what YOU call the truth. The REALITY may be completly different then what YOU are asking us all to believe. With THAT in mind understand the moment this LAWYER gets wind of YOUR post, he can march right down to the courthouse and get a warrant to get YOUR information from THIS site! Nothing you do online is anonymous. EVERYTHING is logged. As long as we have electricy the web WILL cough up EVERYTHING anyone has EVER posted. Every site, every email, every bit of porn, its ALL out there and it has YOUR name on it. So before YOU go on a self destructive rant, remember WHO and WHAT you are blindly attacking. IGNORANCE is NO DEFENSE!!!! IF you have a complaint, the appropriate solution is to go to your states BAR association and file a complaint. trying to use social blackmail is ONLY going to cost YOU and NOT the LAWYER you are trying to get your message about out. YOU are under the very same laws that EVERY printed publication MUST follow or risk fines and fees. Just because its online doesnt change the importance of what YOU are doing. Keep your message to the FACTS and dont embellish it. By doing so you put yourself at risk. FAR MORE then YOU would realize. Not every site on the web is facebook. There ARE repercussions for doing some acts as you well know.
