This is a story about GREED, Its about Local 633 & How It DOES NOT give a sh*t about its members. Jeffrey Padellaro Makes $225,000 as an "agent" for the Teamsters Union, HE DOES NOTHING for it, He Gets PAID OFF by companies that the union represents. I have Watched him over the years put on his DOG & PONY show at meetings, touting BIG WINS for labor, ALL B.S.!!! This Guy TURNS HIS BACK on Good Union People who get fired from the very companies he is supposed to represent.
Most Time your case will not even rise to an "arbitration" because A*S CLOWN Jeff Does NOT want to use Union Money. I Have Watched this LIAR Walk into a grievance hearing All tough, Then he takes a "Private Meeting" with Management, 5 min later The Discipline is UPHELD!! I ask WTF is that??? He responds "Dont Take it Personal" its Just Business.
