Complaint Review: Jeffrey R Hirschkorn

As time passes and Jeffrey R Hirschkorn gets closer to getting out of Jail , the lies and scams of recent past are still being found on internet and local - Some search engines such as mantis and others still show Jeffrey as CEO/Treasurer of companies he has denied even being part of , in past , aafv of metro ny , and an IPO analyst that he wasent good at either - He ripped off everyone he has passed in his awful existence

From when he lived in Brooklyn, to LI ,NY  then turning the state of Florida into his own scam state , He has stolen many individuals Identities and has used and ruined the credit of many others thruout his life .

Many people from his past have had their credit cards used , and some their bank accounts emptied out , and many of these victims are still unaware till they receive Leins , Judgements , wage garnishment notices and even then when found , the trail has gone so cold , the creditors still come after the victim due to lack of evidence .( NOT Fair )

If you Google Jeffreys name you will find he is still listed as even the principal of his old Junior H.S. John Wilson , He attended this school in the 80`s and is nor ever been the principal . He as a matter of fact swindled his alumni into allowing him to collect funds for a 20 year reunion from that school ( classmates , teachers , friends ) 

listing himself As the fund manager he opened accounts in many banks and ordered credit cards / debit cards etc .to only deceive those financial institutions and steal money , write worthless checks to all sort of business , with the checks , he left a large trail to follow .  Jeffrey has been involved in Many fraudulent Business in Florida and NY and even the UK - He used the corporate laws , abused the legal system , violated trust of law ,lawyers , judges , law enforcement , people , business etc. to attempt to suceed in his Financial Fraud.

Tried using Bankruptcies "personal and corporate" to hide and skate from financial obligations they accrued during their extravaganzas , He and his Father Alan have been thru many many residential /commercial addresses as well , They both have swindled contractors , private landlords , developments , rental apartments, food stores , Pet stores , Fast food from " chinese to dunkin to 5 guys to Deli stores all over florida 

Jeffrey has screwed over employees he has hired in these fraud businesses , has allowed them to believe they were filing out legit applications and has used their personal info for his own criminal use , he would let them work for two weeks then give them pay checks that would be turned away at the bank for a variety of excuses .

He stole all his equiptment , computers , furniture with stolen credit cards , worthless checks and even has made false claims and false police reports to help commit his frauds . Jeffrey Hirschkorn gets out of jail in july of 2012 and then is on probation the next 8 years , this is in Seminole county alone - He has also to face the courts in Orange county next to answer for criminal violations he committed in that county . Jeffrey has also tried to scam Dept of motor vehicles in a number of florida counties , he has taken classes to try to unsuspend his privileges but he has paid those classes and agencies also with stolen credit cards and worthless checks .

Every one deserves a second chance but this is jeffreys life and has been for the last 18 - 20 years. Anyone Jeffrey or His Dad Alan has ever known this or their family and Family Name needs to beware for they will use and twist information public and private they have collected over the years against you for their own Gain. 

A recent victim had the check she went to cash withheld due to jeffreys past criminal activity with that specific check cashing place because Her name was used in the past by Jeffrey without her knowledge , This is even after 2 years plus Jeffrey has been in Jail . His destruction of Many people and their lives still effecting many victims . Jeffrey deserved more Jail time , at least 4 years more along with the 8 years probation . He will be watched when he gets out by many interested parties.  I recently spoke to Bounty Hunter , broke Ex employee , never forget and other past victims who are active still to this day in the movements of Jeffrey.

People are angry , the Economy has not gotten any better and the hurt put on them financially has not been able to be corrected since Jeffrey took their life and turned all their hard work into swiss cheese from many vantage points . Utility and cable companies say we owe them and wont turn on the elect . or give us cable till we pay the bill we did not have . The gas co wont allow us to use credit due to past abuse we had nothing to do with , Jeffrey has ruined much much more for lots and lots of people , Taken all the money from people saving a long time to go on vacation and he spent it on his car or the Dog or his lawyer whom he has scamed as well in many instances .
