Complaint Review: JEFFREY SIMPSON

Hello,  folks.  I am  here  to  tell  you  of  a  little  RIPOFF  drama,  that happened  to  me  and others,  in  this  black  comedy, that  involves a  piece  of   filth  named  Mr.  Jeffrey Simpson,  of   6108  Terrace Drive, in Johnston,   IOWA,  which  is  a   nice  little  farming  suburb  of  West Des Moines,  IOWA.

But,  first,  Sports Fan.....FIRST  things  first:   I  a  here  to  give  a  TON of  thanks  and  praise  to   Mr. Ed  Magedson,  for  his  kindness  to  all of  us,  in  his  daily  work  to  give  us  a  just  world.   But,  folks,  there is  no  real  justice  yet,  is  there ?   Better  leave  the   theoretical  concepts  of JUSTICE  to   folks  like,  say,   DesCartes,  Galen,  Socrates, Plato,  Rod Serling,  Vannevar Bush,  Keb Mo',  RUN DMC,  Billie  Holliday, and Thurgood Marshall.   But  this  punk  Jeffrey Simpson,  who is  no particular   relative  HOMER  AND  MARGE  SIMPSON,  at  least  that  I  can  see,  is a fake, phony  and  a  gutless  piece of filth  and  a  FRAUD.

He  owns  a  building  we  call  The  Courthouse  Apartments,  at  113 West Third  Street,  across  from  City  Hall,  in the  thriving  little township  of   Grove,  OK.  74344   He  "leased"  the  building  to  a bag  of  SCUM  named  WALTER  ANTHONY  JENNINGS,  who  is  a worthless  alcoholic  scumbag,  a   thief,  and   liar,  and   has attempted  to  kill  me  more  than once.  

When  I  came  against  his  lessee, Walt Jennings,  with  Emergency Protective  Orders,  against  JENNINGS  and  his   PSYCHO  girlfriend CONNIE,  I  phoned  up  this  filth  JEFFREY SIMPSON,  to  get  him  to shut  down  his  lessee,  Jennings.

SIMPSON  REFUSED  TO  GET  INVOLVED !!!!!!   Absolutely  refused !!! This   total  jack-off  Simpson  stated  that   JENNINGS  was  not  his agent,  and  he  had  no  say  in  JENNINGS  actions,  for  good, or  ill.

At  the  time, WALTER  ANTHONY  JENNINGS  was   scamming  the good  rentpayers, like  me.   He  was  violating  the  LAW,  right  and left,  and  in  doing  so,  JENNINGS  was  putting  every  tenant's   life in  DANGER.   JENNINGS  was  playing  WORSE  than  "FAST  and  LOOSE" with  the  electircal  power  in  the  apartment  house.  He  was  violating fire  code  in  the  place.  There  were  no  SMOKE  DETECTORS  in  the place,  but  one,  in  the  foyer,  which  beeped  it's  pitiable  beeping for  three  solid  weeks,   that's   THREE  WEEKS,   folks,  before Jennings,  in  his  usual   alcoholic  stupor,   got  out  a ladder,  and  got his  lazy  arse   up  that  ladder,   to  change  out  the  tiny  9 volt  power  cell.  But  the  rest of  us ?   

Well,  SCREW  US !!!!    No  smoke  detectors !!!!!  No  way !!!! JEFFREY  SIMPSON,  the  lily-livered   COWARD  OF  THE  COUNTY, WOULD  NOT  GET  INVOLVED !!!!! 

I  have  a  geat  and  magnanimous  idea.   It  borders  on  near- genius:   Let's  all  call   Jeffrey  Simpson,  in Johnston, IA,  and let  us  tell  Mr. Simpson  how  we  appreciate   being  treated  like SLUGS, and SILVERFISH,  AND  ROACHES.

Jeffrey  Simpson.   Coward.  PHONY.  CRYBABY.   Half-a-man. Thanks,  everyone.  And  you  also,  Jeffrey  Simpson.  You're  a  creep and  a  bore.
