Complaint Review: Jeff Whitehead

Jeffrey Whitehead does not know what he is doing.  He continuously asks the client what they want him to do. He has no strategy and is almost timid when it comes to delegating.  He isn't an effective communicator and one would assume that he had someone else take the bar exam for him.  He doesn't return calls or emails in a timely fashion and all he wants is more money but does NOTHING.  I would rather higher Donald Duck than to ever see this character in any court room.
