 I made a oil purchase for $235, then after the money was received, i was told the shipping company needed a $500 refundable deposit i. Order to ship the package. Then they kept sending emails stating that they needed more information which kept the process from being delivered. Which I sent them all the information needed but I still have not received the package & the UnitedExpressCargo company is not answering phone calls anymore. & neither is the provider.
