When I sent emails to Jena requesting her to respond to me on why I have not received a reading, after my account had been debeted. I would get a email from her saying go to another site so she could better answer my question, never receiving a response.

I recenty heard from Jenna again. She has informed me she recently completed my full lenght paid for report and I could view it at her website, and if I had a hard time accessing it I could contact her through her address. (but no underlined url) so when I typed in her "so called" website address it came back with no such address or unable to locate address. I have since paid the charge that was billed to my credit card for this reading. BEWARE JENNA IS A RIPOFF!
