Complaint Review: Jenkens And Gilchrist

Jenkens and Gilchrist is an EVIL lawfirm. They are the epitome of the crooked lawyer. They use FRAUDULENT billing techniques, then if you complain, they threaten you with a lawsuit. DO NOT USE THEM. They are crooks.

I used them, and was overbilled. It was very easy to spot (not typical.. they are VERY good at hiding things!) so I called them to discuss the matter. I was on the phone for over an hour, they corrected the FRAUDULENT charge, then they billed me attorney's fees for an hour of "telephone consultation" WHAT?!?!

I was on the phone "consulting" with someone about correcting my bill, but there was nothing I could do. They made it clear, they are a HUGE lawfirm that can destroy people at will, and they will. They are involved in so many investigations, go look it up! The FEDERAL GOVERNMENT is looking to shut them down. DO NOT USE THEM!
