Jenna@aboutastro.com I paid $ 60 for the horoscope report but never received one from last one month Internet
I guess i am victim too of this scam. she use to write to me and convinced me to request for the full reading with a fee of US $60. finally i made my mind and sent my request on which i recd a automated email that i would be receiving the report in the next 3-4 working days but that never happened. i tried to keep sending request since last one month but dont think i will receive any more as i have now found people being ripped off. few have launched complaints since 2005 but this person has not been caught since. I wonder if someone is trying to keep a track of the money where is it going to coz it is getting deposited somewhere. think i have learnt a lesson here!!

I'm trying to find Michael Felixstowe's order with just his name but it is important he contact me at jenna@charterintenet.com so I can ensure the order can be found for resolution which again will be that the report was sent and it ended up in bulk mail due to the clients email delivery options or his credit card was refused for payment in which case he was notified via his email. Either way, I want to ensure his complaint is addressed with professionalism and integrity as is Jenna's policy and also the reason she has me addressing this site.
