I also fell for into the 'jenna the astrologer' trap. For the first time ever i fell for it- she was advertised as a new zealander at that time- so I trusted her- me bad!!
She is a crook- after a daily deluge of emails telling me about something great was going to happen I paid & then -- nothing. We need to stop her- I was devestated that I had been deceived- I had just found out that I had cancer & really needed to hear something positive- I cannot believe I fell for it.
She overcharged me on my card- luckily I closed it as soon as I realised that I had been fooled- but I also could use that money back.
I really hope that she is as good an astrologer as she says she is- hopefully she will 'see' her getting all that she deserves.
Surely there must be something we can do??

Jacquie, yes, there is something you can do. Contact me at a special email set up for this Rip Off site "jenna@charterinternet.com" and I'll ensure your complaint is responded to immediately. If an report was ordered, it was either sent to you and your email delivery system sent it to you bulk mail which happens many times or your credit card was refused and no report was completed and I'll happily help you know which and resolve your issue for you and if you were not correctly charged, I'll ensure your funds are immediately refunded to you and post the results on this site, so I hope to here from you soon.
