Again, no one that has filed a complaint on this site has chosen to contact me which is strange as I'm willing to solve their issues. Again, either this customer had their credit card refused or their email delivery system directed their report to bulk or junk mail, but I'll certainly help them identify which one if they'll just contact me please.
