Complaint Review: Jhenna Astrology On The Internet

I authorized my credit card to be charged $30.00 for an astrology reading...something I knew fully that I should not have done due to my religious uprbrining. However, I went against that and did it anyway(taking full responsibility) I was told that after my card was charged $30.00 dollars that I would recieve a full reading..well, to date(about 2 and 1/2 weeks) I have yet to receive not only a confirmation email stating my reading is complete and on the way, but also no return messages to my email regarding such reading. I am pissed, more at myself for one, going against what my religious belief is..next, not fully researching the company prior and opening myself for identity theft...All I can say, is I've learned my lesson.and have alerted my credit card company of this. If anyone has information or a way in which many of us who ordered through this site can place a class action suit or something on this company; if for not to protect future people who may order, please let me know.

-Hard lessons...nontheless, a lesson learned.
