Complaint Review: Jennifer C Rose

Jennifer C Rose AKA Jennifer Christine Rose AKA Jennifer Rose AKA Jennifer Murillo of Canyon County, currently a realtor with Intero Real Estate DRE# 01855407, has changed many jobs since 2000 when she filed along with her Ex-Husband Sergio Murillo for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in Fresno CA Court file 0019822 attached. Most recently Ms. Rose found a new way to make a living in this tough economy and decided to take advantage of the legal system and file multiple law-suits against her former employers claiming unpaid wages and commissions, gender discrimination, lack of lunch breaks, emotional distress just to name a few.

We have attached her recent filing against her former employers Alex and Jorge Camacho of Sherman Oaks California, Court file 110214000641 filed in Van Nuys Courthouse East (Also attached).

Ms. Rose worked with Mr. Camacho from Dec 9th 2010 until Jan 14th 2011 and sued him and his brother for a fictitious amount of 7,500 USD for "multiple transactions" and "commissions earned". The Camacho's claimed in their defense that Ms. Rose is not entitled to any compensation on top of the base salary she made and that this is a fraudulent attempt of Ms. Rose to "squeeze" them for money by filing a lawsuit and tarnishing their reputation.

Jennifer has the tendency to use several aliases and several addresses so that new employers won't be able to find her real identity and her vicious intentions. In the resume she provides employers (also attached) she claims she never worked for the Camacho's and that since Dec 2010 she has been unemployed because of "the economy"...

If you go online and google her name you will find she has a website with Century 21 (http://realtorforyourfamily.com/contactus.aspx) and also carries a website with Intero (http://www.interorealestate.com/app/dashboard/dshbrdAgentListing.php). Also, interestingly enough - The address she provides as her home address in Intero's Website is actually a SHOE STORE.

Be careful of this litigious employee.
