Jennifer Carter with Vision Digital Consulting is a rip off. I lost $10,00for 4 websites, believing in this person. Don't make the same mistake! She could not deliver Amazon Approved Websites as promised and would not return the money I paid. I have to sue her. Jennifer Carter simply sells websites that, she says are worth $5,000 but, she sells for $2,500 and than, farms out the development to cheap labor in the middle east at ten cents on the dollar( $100 per site). Than, all the sites come back "not" working properly, poor design, and clients complaining.
She will not refund the money and she does not deliver as she promises. Additionally, she refers her clients to a marketing person named Rick Napolitano who has said to me, he has gotten lots of complaints from others she has referred. I think they both are Rip Offs.
IE: I gave Rick (referred to me by Jennifer) money to market sites after they are finished which, never were completed. I asked for a return and Rick would not return my money even though he did no marketing. Rip Off! Their attidude is, Sue Me! I will never return money!!
Jennifer sells bad websites and has decietful business practices that will rip you off. Stay away!! The websites don't work as agreed and, she wont retun clients money when asked. Rip Off!
I paid $2,500 for a website with Jennifer and she paid $100 to a low level website designer in the middle east, who delivered a broken site not working well. Rip Off! She is decietful and a scam artist. Beware!
Do Not Do Business with Jennifer Carter or Rick Napolitano, they are ripping people off with bad business practices, websites, and marketing practices. They will never return money, after they have their hands on it! Even if they can not deliver what is promised or agreed to. Rip Off!!

Please see another complaint against Jennifer Carter when she was selling bogus adult product websites. She conned 21 people including me out of $5000. She even conned an 89 year old lady. Building websites is not her problem. Her problem is sending out fake financial statements showing where she has made huge money to deceive people into paying her money. She also promises that the businesses will be turn key, which is a lie! This letter shows her lame excuses why FOUR websites she built and charged for didn't work. HELLO The truth is that none of her websites work! I personally contacted 21 people she sold adult websites to, and not one made a single sale. They were all very angry, and many sent me complaint letters.
In closing, please see a complaint that is asking for members to join a class action against Jennifer Carter.

You did not deliver as agreed! I'm filing a fraud case and complaint with the FBI as suggested by law inforcement.
FYI: You have many complaints by others and showing you are a criminal.
I suggest you return the money you stole with false advertising and delivering websites that did not work, you did not make (farmed out to India) and did NOT qualify to be listed by Amazon.
Clearly, fraud using the internet to scam people!

You were frustrated that I was not at your beck and call 24-7 I had other clients to deal with not just you.
When I would not take your call each time your called (instead of simply scheduling a time to talk to me)you called me a *itch and other names and acted like a chauvenistic pig I told you I would NO longer service your accounts. You were VILE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I will not do business with a man like you. You do not speak to a woman the way you spoke to me, AND for no good reason!
You had 4 beautiful sites you could have easily ran with or sold. Because you did NOTHING with them, and because of your VILE disugusting mouth, you are where you are now. I have dozens of clients that I have consulted with doing VERY well online with their stores. You could have been one of them.
