After purchasing a $3250 3 piece leather sectional couch with recliners, my husband and I have been trying since January to get our deffective couch repaired or replaced. All of the back pillows sag, the arm rest sag and you can fill the board in your arm, the seats are flat and sag so bad on the recliners you are on an angle.

The recliners are the worst, there are boards in our back when you sit on them and especially if you want to recline. Their customer claims center is horrible, they decline everything and change what the tech says to fit their needs. Don't bother going to the people that sold it to you, you are nobody to them.

We have filed a complaint witht the Better Business Bureau, the Consumer Affairs Bureau and are going to be contacting the Attorney General Eliott Spizter in NY who won a case against JC for their neglegence to refund or repair defective furniture,and didn't honor their guarantees.
