Complaint Review: Pebblecreek Frenchies

This women took my $300.00 deposit and will not refund it. The cotnract does not state it is non-refundable. I backed out of the deal because she would not give me an address or the opportunity to come visit the dogs prior to purchase. Wanted a money order mailed to a PO Box or cash on delivery of the puppy in a public place . Will not accept a secure payment. Will not let me see the environment the dogs are being bred in. She may be a puppy mill not sure. Wants to go at 8 weeks which is not recommended for this breed. Became very uncooperative and rude after I asked for the return of my deposit. The dogs were only 6 weeks at this time. Once I realized this was a shady deal I wanted out.
