Jennifer Lim is the worst attorney to hire. She dragged on my case for almost 4 years - for no reason. She was negotiating terms with the opposing council & defendent wihtout my consent. She forged terms and conditions onto documents without my consent or authorization. After I brought all these things up with her to fire her she dared to say she wouldn't charge me for her services. Charge me! If she charged me I would sue her for the damages. She only said that she wouldn't charge me to escape the fact that she almost destroyed my case.
She didn't fight for my case. She didn't do anything. Don't work with this attorney. She is the worst attorney and is only out to take your money. That is all that she wants - your money.

Jennifer Lim is a conartist and liar. She, of course now, is denying my charges. I have not filed the complaint with the attorney general because my time has been consumed on trying to resolve the case she screwed me over with. Yes, as of today, the case is still ongoing. I have proof of each claim I make. I just dont have the time to submit the package to the attorney general yet but given her blazen audacity to deny my charges, I will make an effort to file the charges this weekend, provided that I am still within the statute of limitation period for the incidents. I will attach one proof right now to solidify my story. The attachment is a form in which she filled out in court. I had to leave early to pick up my kids so I signed the document and left. (I ran out of time because she arrived late to my hearing that day by 1.5 hours). If she hadnt been late, I would have been able to finish the hearing procession in time. Because I had to leave early, I signed the document with the last verse ending in my agreement to get my own health insurance. After I left, she added,"Pet counsel to prepare QDRO no cost to Resp". I did not agree to that, nor did we discuss it and now it is at a cost to me. She made that decision on her own, added those words to the document without my consent and it was entered in court after I left. When I asked her about it, she said it was standard procedure. That was a lie. Furthermore, she did not defend me and took sides with opposing counsel and did not provide defense in my best interest. I have a lot of those examples on that but to save time, I am onlh going to talk about one issue, show proof of thag issue to show that Jennifer Lim is a liar and violated my rights. That was why she was fired. She will only work for you if you have a lot of money to shell off or something she can rip you off on. One has to question, why would any attorney off the hook on attorney's fees? Because she intentionally screwed me over and knew it. so did not charge me the remaining balance so she can easily get off the hook. However she did waste a few thousand dollars of my money, but I will consider them extravagant paralegal fees. Lisa, Los Angeles, California
