You ma'am are the one that sounds shady. It has been said that when people create lies or try to back up false information they end up screwing themselves over because when creating an excuse or alibi, in this case justification, they too far into detail.

This shows in your defense and many should be more suspicious of someone who works for FREE. Especially in a time like this. It sounds as though you had your chance and did not impress and now after being let go have had your feelings hurt.

I hope all works out for both sides. The company in question is seemingly explaining their side with honest reasons and answers. They are allowing any doubters to go to them and willing to address anything asked rather than anxiously try to arrange a way to spread papers like a child who's lost their dog would. Again, Good to both sides and may god bless.

Nicholas (Nick) Caffey, Wiley Billingsley, Wesley Bilingsley and Brian Kearny approached me with an opportunity to join their "company" and I truly believed that they would be reputable people. Soon after joining them in their business endeaver, I discovered that they weren't even licensed to do business in New Mexico and were conducting Real Estate transactions without even being licensed! Hopefully any tenants that singed leases with Brickleys Property Management Solutions, LLC. (www.brickleysnm.com) during the end of 2007 and the first half of 2008 will contact the NEW MEXICO REAL ESTATE COMMISSION at (505) 222-9820 and report them immediately. My dissassociation with this company came about not because I tried to rip them off (note: I received absolutely no compensation from this so called "company" for my services there and never attempted to "rip them off") but because Nicholas Caffey and Wiley Billingsley confessed to me that they had taken money from the Property Management Trust Account (Bank of Albuquerque Act # 8091903220) by approximately $12,000.00 and used the money to pay their own personal salaries, Nicholas Caffey's daughters private school, house and car payments as well as various other business expenses. In Property Management, the Trust Account is to SAFEGUARD all of the Tenant and Owners money and ONLY their money is to be deposited and disbursed from this account. NO COMPANY money can legally be placed or removed from this account and no expenses or salaries either. This is what the NM Real Estate Commission considers as "COMMINGLING of FUNDS". After their confession of embezzeling company funds from the Trust Account and that they didn't intend on putting the money back, I turned in their licenses to the NM Real Estate Commission, therefore making them INACTIVE and unable to conduct real estate transactions legally. Of course, they still did anyway, just like they did at the start up of their company. Upon my informing them that I would be reporting them to the NM Real Estate Commission and that their licenses faced being revoked they immediately got vindictive and threatened to blame me for it all and that I could no longer be a part of their company. They staged their so called "robbery" of things (failing to mention items of mine that were "stolen" in a poor attempt to cover their tracks so that the NM Real Estate Commission couldn't track down their embezzelment/fraudulent activities. But, little to their knowledge, I made copies of all relevant information to the case in the days following their confession as well as obtained all of the bank statement records to ensure that the commission could have what they needed. I find it convenient that they staged a "robbery" just after I informed them that I was going to report them. Answer me this: How DO YOU still conduct business as usual if all of your necessary business items are "missing" anyway? Sounds fishy to me.

If anyone would like to review the bank statements reflecting this embezzelment made by the members of this company or would like to review the police report of the findings of the APD Detective that conducted the investigation finding ME INNOCCENT of their accusations, you can respond to this rebuttal with your contact information and we can set up an exchange of information. Please do not respond to the address placed for me in their "complaint" as that is not even correct and you risk bothering people that are innocent in the matter. If you would like to personally contact the members that I have included in my response to get their answers to why they used OWNER and TENANT money that was not theirs to uses, then here is their information:

I'm sure they will have a good explanation as to why they refused to go and get real jobs when their families were struggling to pay their mortgages and car payments, etc. and used other peoples money to pay for it all instead.

My proof also reveals their signed checks to themselves, checks made payable to companies to pay business debts, checks to cover Nicks daughters private school and more with their own signatures as well as hidden bank accounts they set up in their names only under the business so no one could see what was going on when reviewing the company reports. When making accusations of me, they really should have thought about who had the proof and who doesn't. Shame on them.

For all consumers out there, you should BEWARE of this companies shady dealings. I have since discovered that these Best Friends since high school guys claim to be upstanding christians and completely run that through the mud. They have attempted to start up other businesses and have failed time and time again (go figure they were probabaly using that as a cover up to embezzel that money too) and the company they also co own "Dance Dimensions" is also finding itself badly in debt and unable to even pay its current employes, again not surprising.

If you would like to report this company to the New Mexico Real Estate Commission, or follow up on the extensive report that I have put together and submitted for their follow up, you may contact the NM Real Estate Commission or respond to this rebuttel and I will gladly keep you in the loop. If you are an owner or tenant or were and owner or tenant of this company, you can also report this company to the BBB and the Real Estate Commission regarding your stolen funds. Most likely they have obtained an ACCION NM loan to cover their tracks so the owners remain unaware, but with my evidence and the ability to subpeona bank documents the attorney general will be able to uncover it all. Also if you were a tenant of this company and you did not receive your Damage Deposit with a statement of itemized deductions or within 30 days of moving out, you have the right to sue this company and not only get your full deposit back, but a $250 damage fine as well. You can file your claim in Metro Court.

To all of the tenants, owners and customers, I give you my sincere apology for not catching on to their fraud earlier. I have taken all legal remedies to ensure that they get fined, convicted and their licenses revoked that I can and I will continue to pursue this cause until a final resolution is met. Although they have attempted to trash my name because I am uncovering their fraud, I have sustained my reputation as upholding the highest business standards as I did for the last 10 years before and remain with my company still providing quality, LEGAL, real estate services to the community. This is what happens to good people who try to help other people succeed too. I will be more careful in my business dealings and will never work for FREE again!

Thank you for your time and best of luck to those tenants and owners out there being affected by this company. Don't worry, I am working hard to put them to a STOP!
