Jennifer Powers Exquisite Great Danes Forged AKC documents to remove my name from a co-own of a dog I placed with her Internet, Washington

I placed 3 adult Great Danes with Jennifer. One was given to her, Joplin, One was placed on a co-own for a small cash fee and return unlimited stud use, Jag, and One was placed for free on a co-own, Atiya. The terms we agreed to on Atiya was she was to be registered in both our names. She was to be bred to the stud of my choice. I was to receive my pick puppy from that litter and be listed as the co-breeder. Once I received my pick puppy and AKC papers she would gain full ownership of Aitya. I signed all AKC paperwork and sent her the forms fill out with my information as the first owner and she only needed to add her name as the co-owner and submit to AKC. Upon contacting AKC is what found she is the ONLY owner listed for Atiya. For her to have done this she would have had to of printed a supplimental transfer form and forged my name and the previous co-owners name to the form. Jennifer did breed her to the stud of my choice however I am not listed on the AKC paperwork as the co-breeder as needed for my show requirements and now is refusing to send me my puppy. I have emailed her regarding this matter and copied AKC on the email but she has failed to respond to my email. I have asked her to correct the paperwork without penalty but she has still refused to respond to my request. She has basically stole my dog and the puppy as well has forged 2 signatures on the paperwork. Be careful dealing with this breeder, she has multiple complaints on her and her kennel.

Then how would this 'supposed' impersonator know much about the origin of the dam, sire and everything else.
Here's a lesson for you...when someone spends that much thought into a well articulated message of pain it's more than likely true. There was nothing malicious in her statement. I feel terrible for her and you Jen, should be ashamed of yourself because I know it's you rebutting all of this negative reports.
I go back to my original comment...no reputable breeder has any negative review re: Danes like you at all!

I am the ACTUAL person that owned the dogs reported about in this report. I did not post this report. Someone else did and claimed to be me. This was all a huge misunderstanding between myself, Mrs. Powers and AKC. The sale, transfer and co-own contract between myself and purchaser have been handled according to our terms. Mrs. Powers has fullfilled all obligations thus far under our agreement
