Jennifer Scalzi of Folsom Properties has "lost" my rent payment on several occasions- making me pay a late fee. She has left me with no plumbing for over a week! She failed to return a very large deposit to me within the legal limits, stole property, and also physically attacked me leaving severe damages!

Bad Tenants Create Their Own Problems

Fortunately for me in the four + years I have been in this business I have only had a couple of bad incidents. I have found that sometimes with certain people, when their own lives are out of control, they take a victim approach and blame whoever is easiest. It's is my job to make sure people's homes/rental investments are taken care of. You recieved your entire deposit back, which you didn't deserve, after living there for over 2 years (which indicates you did ok for a long time) and you still needed a place to dump your ick.
You had the right to take me to court, you did, you lost and I was awarded a settlement, which I have not collected on and don't intend too unless I need to hire an attorney to stop your slander. In most Tenant/Management cases, judges tend to rule in favor of the tenant if the case is questionable. In this case it was so unbelieveable that not only did you loose, I was awarded damages.
I really do wish you peace in your life, as I told you before, your are a hard working, smart, beautiful young woman, take responsiblity for yourself and you will find the happiness you are looking for.
