I am the partner of Davis. He has been so upset that he moved home to his parents home for awhile . Davis failed to mention that the puppy did have a blood test here in LA with a very good Veterinarian and the blood sugar level was borderline and not the reason for death. Parasite infestation caused a serious sickness and despite proper care our puppy died.
We have been verbally abused. We do not think the puppy even belonged to Mrs Wartena. We think Mrs Wartena may act as a broker for other breeders in her area.The paperwork had someone elses name on it. Another address she has is 3323 Groveland Way, Antelope. We have found several addresses listed for this puppymill: Roseville, Antelope,Citrus Heights, Highland Heights.
As Davis brought up, there are several addresses, phone numbers and other people involved in this scam.Current phone #s listed are 916-534-3530 and 916-722-5582. Other phone #s listed in ads in the past have been 916-338-3600 and 916-334-3612 and 916-648-8464 and 916-722-2440. Our investigation shows these folks move often from city to city and even state to state so how would buyers be able to file suits against any of them? It is true what Davis said about shocking criminal records in this group and how nice Mrs Wartena was BEFORE the sale. She has learned over the years how to fool others.
If you have one REAL current address where she actually lives , not the many addresses where she just floats around meeting buyers PLEASE let us know.

I think you are at fault.
First off if the dog had any parasites then should of been detected when you took the dog to the vet after you got it. I went to the website you say you got your puppy from since you mentioned the health warranty since CA has one heck of a tough lemon law and it clearly states you must take your puppy in with 72 hours. Did you fail to do that? If you had then coccidia and gardia (sp) would of been detected don't you think? And medication would of been prescribed. If you had not abided by the warranty do you think the breeder is at fault? I think you are. Here is the warranty part you forgot to read:
To qualify for the limited health guarantee, you must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 72 hrs of the date of receipt of the puppy. (Starts at shipping or time of pick-up) Loose stools can be casued by stress of traveling and change of diet. please remember to take a fecal sample with you to the vet to eliminate any and all parasite possibilities.

I am not in hiding, heck I am opening up a pet boutique in Placerville, I will gladly attach the address as the grand opening gets closer, come on by with all your documents after posting them here and I will gladly give you 10,000.00 Quit pointing fingers as 5 are pointing back at you. I will not be submitting all emails from ALL clients I have with sick pups bought buy this breeder. You will see none of these buyers even know the birthdates nor parents all will also include responses from Debra Drury.
