They will destroy your home within months causing thousands of dollars of damage and depreciating the value of your home. They are the filthiest con artist and morally corrupt tenants in Texas! They never clean up after themselves or many dogs. Due to their lack of morals or care or drunken nights, they will urinate all over the house and ruin your floors and walls. You can reach out to their past landlords to get details. Don't be fooled by their false references. Do your research online, court records, history reports. Talk to the landlords or neighbors of their past 6 addresses and hear how they conned their way into a lease and destroyed the property and will not leave until an eviction is filed, then will move out prior to hearing, but not before destroying the home in the most appalling ways ever.
