JENNIFER WESTMORELAND SAWYER (aka Dorothy Jennifer Westmoreland), from Jefferson, Georgia was evicted from my rental home on St. Simons Island, Georgia. I have a monetary judgment from Glynn County Magistrate Court.
She found the property on the VRBO website. Unfortunately, because it was a short term rental (lease was 4 months), the property manager did not conduct a background search. She left the house a filthy mess – leaving lots of her own stuff which had to be dumped – with many of my items broken or missing. The home was infested with fleas which required treatment by a professional exterminator.
