Complaint Review: Jensen Loans

 Neil Jensen of Jensen Loans is a list and a fraud. Do not use this company. He promises to get your loan, charges you $249.00 and then you never hear from him again. He puts on a good front and promise to get you the loan and as soon as you pay him, you never hear from him again. I had to have a pre-qualified letter and he sent one to me, my realtor, and the sellers realtor. He kept calling and texting that he needed a sign contract to get loan started. We emailed him a contract. Then he would not answer his phone, or text messages. I finally received a response from him when I threatened him with my attorney. Do not use this man, he will screw you out of money. I went through a month working with this loser and then nothing. I ended up losing the building and because of him, my business has suffered. We are trying to regroup and start over but, we have to find another location for the shop. I am calling the Attorney General and the federal banking commission to see if there is anyway that this loser and piece of s**t can be closed down and charged. Again, DO NOT USE JENSEN LOANS - NEIL JENSEN.
