You are being ripped off !!! I was a mechanic for 7 years with Jensen Tire, and could not put up with ripping people off any longer.
Durring this time I have seen the rich, poor and elderly have work done to there vehicles that did not need to be done. They lie to people or use scair tactics to sell repairs. The mechanics are commision base payed, and the more they get from you the customer the more the mechanics get payed. Tire rotations are being done in such a way that it will cause the tires to ware out faster so you will have to buy new ones before there time. That way the salesmen can also get a commission for the sales they do. They are instructed to sell a sertain amount every month, and if not they get in trouble by Matt Jensen. It is the same way for the mechanics. Its companys like Jensen Tire That give the mechanic a bad reputation. They have to be one of the most dishonest shops in Omaha.
To all that I have done wrong durring this time, I am sorry!! Stay clear of JENSEN TIRE!!! There are plenty of mechanics out there that will do an honest job for you and your car or truck!!!!
